About position

An exciting opportunity has opened up for the role of Teaching Assistant in GrowthHub Academy.

The main role of the Teaching Assistant is to work closely with the Head Tutors to support the delivery and coordination of scheduled trainings. This includes coordinating the communication and administration with participants (from enquiry through to post course follow up).

This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in learning, training and administration, and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate the administration and logistics of the scheduled face-to-face and online training courses
Assist teacher in organizing the learning environment, preparing materials, maintaining resources, checking homework
Providing tutoring and other instructional assistance;
Set up and support the delivery of materials of online training courses
Answer enquiries about scheduled training courses
Support teacher in executing lesson plans, and provide individual attention to students during group sessions
Cultivate a positive, organized learning atmosphere
Verify and track student attendance, observe student performance, contribute to progress reports
Lead small-group instruction and discussion, and provide support to students
Participate in meetings and events, and use communication channels effectively to support the education team

Required skills and qualifications:

Education in Marketing or in a related field
Highly effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Great communication skills
Ability to be flexible and adjust to changes in a dynamic environment
Fluency in English and Armenian, excellent writing skills
